Had a great stay
Travelled to Singapore by 2nd week of January 2023 for a business conference. Stayed in Hilton for 4 days and 3 nights. The room is cozy but a bit small for my liking but other than that, everything is excellent. It's very clean, the staff are accommodating, very considerate in terms of early check-in and esp. they have a super breakfast, must try.
Like going home!
It was so nice to finally travel again after the pandemic! And going back to Singapore after a long time required going back to a place I felt safe in .. Hilton provided this safe environment!.. and the location is perfect and the rooms are nice and clean and the staff are the best!..🥰
Great location and very clean rooms
The rooms are bigger than usual hotels in SG. We got premium king bed, and it's a comfortable room for our family. The location is great. The rooms are clean and they renovated it because it used to be Mandarin Orchard.
Incredible
Absolutely incredible stay at The Hilton. Location is central, rooms are modern and sleek, and bedding ensures a peaceful sleep. Would highly recommend including breakfast when booking, the selection is endless and of very high quality.

Stayed during hotel renovation
We stayed at the location when the hotel was going through renovation under Mandarin. As the lobby had been relocated then, the walk in was quite long. Room was comfortably spacious and had a unique pleasant scent. The staff were helpful and patient. Had an extremely good experience here!
I always choose this hotel
There are many options in the area and within the same price range but I always choose this hotel. The rooms are newly renovated and comfortable. The location is perfect for shopping and easily accessible to get to other places. The hotel staff are WONDERFUL! So easy to talk to and very helpful. They have a WhatsApp messaging system for anything you need and they respond quickly. We got the executive lounge access and the value for money is GREAT. Good food and service.

Used to be Mandarin, now its Hilton. Totally enjoyed my stay here, since the property is along Orchard Road, and it is close to EVERYTHING. Rooms were clean, staff were very helpful. A totally enjoyable and relaxing stay at this Hilton Property.
Highly rated with its spacious room and excellent location
Inside the city area of Singapore, Hilton comes at a much more affordable price and provide real spacious room. Super ideal for family with kids or elderly.
Perfectly located with all the amenities you need
We had a great stay at the hotel - it was perfectly located within walking distance to Sydney Harbour and World Square. We even took a walk down to Circular Quay. Lots of good food options around and staff were extremely helpful. Enjoyed the stay here!
Highly recommended
Don't be fooled by the exterior of the hotel. The room i got was marvellous! Its huge for 5 guests eventhough the policy is currently 2. Its cleanliness is tiptop, the staff were friendly and helpful with my requests. I'm coming back again definitely!!

Staff are very friendly. We were not able to book a swimming slot and the staff was so kind to give us a call when other guest cancelled.

Good location for shopping
It is right at the heart of the shopping area and perfect for those with elderly family members who need to take a break. The hotel is super clean. The executive lounge has good food and a great selection. The staff are wonderful and helpful.

The best hotel I have ever stayed. Unfortunately got food poisoning from elsewhere, and hospitalized, need to check out late they served the best and helped me a lot
Great experience
During my time of stay it was still known as Mandarin Orchard Hotel. it was still going through some renovations hence the check in process were longer, however staffs were quick to handle the situation and made sure guests were comfortable while waiting. Pool was rather crowded due to it being a weekend, amenities were pretty okay. Good stay however.
In the middle of Orchard
If you want to enjoy shopping or just walking around Orchard, this hotel are in the middle of that O'street...so its easy to go here and there... they have connecting room too, so the spacious room more add size for family...
